Why source the Kandao Meeting Pro from Dynamiccom SA
The camera you need for hybrid meeting rooms is the Kandao Meeting Pro, stocked locally by Dynamiccom SA.
For pre-purchase questions — compatibility with your existing setup, deployment guidance, accessory pairing — our team responds within one business day on info@dynamiccom.co.za / +27 87 059 9983. For deeper specification context and side-by-side comparisons across the Kandao line, see our Kandao buyer guide or browse the full AI Cameras range on the site. We are a registered SA business and every order is invoiced in ZAR with full tax compliance.
Buying through Dynamiccom SA gives organisations a single point of contact for the full lifecycle: pre-sales scoping, in-region stockholding, post-sales support, and warranty handling. Bulk orders for fleet roll-outs are sized and quoted by our pre-sales team — the same configuration shipped to multiple sites under a single PO, with consistent pricing and a single point of warranty contact.
If a unit needs to be returned under the manufacturer warranty during the cover period, the RMA is processed in-region rather than via international return, which is the practical difference between buying locally and buying from an offshore reseller without local presence.
Most orders process the same day they are paid, with stock allocated and dispatch confirmation emailed within the working day. Stock movement is visible from the product page in real time, and our team will hold a unit against a confirmed PO for up to 48 hours if an order is being processed through procurement.
