Return Policy

Smart Tech Gadgets are eligible for returns and full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging with all outer packaging, security stickers, and serial number seals completely intact.

Due to software licensing and hardware integrity, any gadget with a broken, peeled, or tampered factory seal cannot be returned or refunded unless covered under a valid warranty or deemed defective upon delivery.

We stand behind the quality of our electronics. If your gadget arrives defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA), notify us within 7 days for a hassle-free replacement or refund.
