The ZKong e-ink meeting room display is a 7.5″ electronic-paper unit for boardroom doors and reception desks, distributed in South Africa by Dynamiccom.
Mount the e-ink meeting room display beside a boardroom door or stand it on a reception desk and it shows who has the room, what is booked next and who is in. Because the panel is electronic paper it holds its image with no power draw between updates, so a single battery charge lasts across a normal office refresh cycle rather than days. Content is pushed over Bluetooth Low Energy from the ZKong cloud platform, so there is no cabling to each unit, no display driver PC and no screen glare in a lit meeting room.
What it does
- Room status at the door — booked, free, or next meeting, pulled from your scheduling system.
- Reception and desk use — name, role and daily schedule for hot-desking and visitor-facing positions.
- Up to 6 usable pages per unit, so one display can cycle between room status, agenda and a branded panel.
- Tap-to-read NFC is fitted, for phone-side interaction without pairing.
